Q. How will I know when my account is set up?
A. You will receive an email confirmation of your set up
within 24 hours.
Q. Can I place my orders on www.officedepot.com?
A. No. This is the public website. Your login will only work
with www.Telrosecorp.com/DayZim
and click on DayZim Tier One Purchasing as this is the
website DayZim customers and will reflect your special pricing.
Q. Can I call Telrose Corp. customer service to place
an order?
A. No. DayZim account is set-up for internet orders only. If
you are having difficulty logging in and need to place an order you may Telrose
Corp. Customer Service at 877-835-7673 or Support@Telrosecorp.com
Q. What does the symbol mean?
A. This represents any item that is specially negotiated and
discounted for DayZim.
Q. Do I need to provide Pcard info at the time of checkout?
A. All payment information has been set and saved to your
profile. No Pcard is needed.
